Improvements that make the sequence of work easier to use.
仕事の中にあった、詰まり。Where the work got stuck.
担当者以外には操作しにくい画面、予算を超える可能性への確認、リストをファイルにする手作業。営業先の企業情報を集める仕組みの、使う側に残る負担を見直しました。An interface that was difficult for other operators, a need to review potential budget overruns, and manual work to turn a list into a file. The changes focused on the burden left with the person using the research system.

担当者以外も使えるように、操作UIを改修。Reworked the controls so people beyond the original operator could use them.
予算の確認Budget review
超過時のアラートと確認画面を追加。続けるか見直すかを、人が判断できる形へ。Added an overrun alert and a confirmation step, so the person could choose whether to continue or reconsider.
ファイル出力File export
リストを手でコピーしてファイルにする工程を、自動変換とダウンロードへ。Changed manual copying and file creation into automatic conversion and a downloadable file.
代表の実務経験に基づく事例です。予算の確認は、通知と確認画面で、使う人の判断を支える仕組みです。This example is based on the founder’s account of the work. Budget alerts and a confirmation screen support the operator’s decision.

AIツールから。Starting with an AI tool
for game planning.
ゲームの企画書作成を支えるAIツールを制作。その経験が、AIで人の困りごとを解決する仕事へ進むきっかけになりました。The founder created an AI tool to support game proposal writing. That experience became a starting point for applying AI to people’s everyday problems.
ゲームの企画・仕様づくり・設計・実装調整・運用で培った経験を、何をつくるかを決め、使えるところまで整える仕事につなげています。Experience in planning, specifications, design, implementation coordination, and live operations now informs the work of defining what to build and bringing it into use.
